Important Notes
- No-shows and early departures: no refunds.
- Special deals: non-refundable when cancelled less than 30 days before the tour.
- Group bookings of five or more: 30 days' notice is required for full refunds. Otherwise, a 30% fee applies.
Compassionate Exceptions
For serious illness or bereavement, we offer a 50% refund. Supporting documentation is required for the request to be reviewed.
